OUR CLASSES
SALUD Portland brings a variety of fitness classes all under one roof. We offer Pilates Reformer and Chair, Conditioning, Strength, Core, Barre, HIIT, Dance, Rolling, Yoga, and Trampoline classes by highly trained, professional and experienced instructors. We also offer events and workshops to help inspire, encourage and motivate all aspects of a healthy, balanced life. SALUD Portland is a safe space, a community for growth and a place for love and respect of everyone.
SALUD Barre
(SALUD Energy Barre, Big Barre Energy, Booty Barre, Barre & Stretch and Barre Strength & Rhythm)
A high-energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, lift your tush, tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements with resistance training. This class will work each muscle area, including arms, legs and abs until complete fatigue and finishes with a good stretch to lengthen muscles back out.
salud yoga
SALUD Yoga Stretch mixes familiar yoga poses like down dog and child pose with classic athletic stretches. Similar to Yin yoga, poses are held for a longer period of time. Participants of yoga stretch need not have a background in yoga to feel comfortable. This class can help prevent and alleviate soreness, and it will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed!
SALUD Pilates chair
Pilates Chair tones the entire body from head to toe and improves balance by challenging the muscles with bodyweight, coordination, and spring resistance. The chair is an excellent piece of equipment for both seated and standing work.
SALUD BALLET BARRE
Ballet + Barre, really. And, you don’t have to be a dancer. You will do basic Ballet arms and Ballet leg moves to compliment the Barre burn that will make class feel flowy and fun. Come light up your inner dancer while getting an outer sweat.
SALUD Cardio dancer & Dancity
Cardio dancer is an upbeat follow along dance exercise class that celebrates movement and plays throw back music starting with 1950s all the way to 2000s. No dance experience necessary. Glute and/or ab workout add ons.
SALUD Bo0ty Burn
Booty Burn is a high energy and dynamically charged 45 minute class that focuses on the booty! You can expect lots of bridging, lunges, and weighted squats as we sculpt our booties to perfection! Not only will this fun filled class round out that beloved booty, it will also help to maintain proper pelvic alignment and prevent injuries of the lumbar spine. SALUD Pilates reform
Pilates Reform, Pilates Reform & Balance and Pilates Jump are full body-conditioning programs comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles. They are noted for developing strength in the abdomen, lower back and glutes, creating a strong body core.
SALUD Pilates Jump
The Jumpboard is a Reformer accessory that is often used for plyometric training as it mimics the hard surface of the floor. Jump Board is a great way to add a cardiovascular workout to your Pilates practice. The Jump Board is designed to build strength in the legs, abs, ankles, and feet. In addition, the aerobic style of movement will get your heart rate up, helping you to increase your cardiovascular endurance and maximize calorie burn.

A contemporary twist on the Classical Mat Series bound to make you sweat, stretch, and increase your core stability and strength. Focused on the DEEP CORE (not just sit ups!) to get your biomechanics up to top shape. Pilates mat is FULL BODY and open to ALL LEVELS.
SALUD Myofascial stretch and roll
SALUD Roll and Stretch is a myofascial and muscle release practice using the foam roller, theraband, release ball, stretch and movement. We will release over long lines of our myofascial structure that start at the bottom of the foot and go all the way up to the top of the skull. This holistic way of letting go of tension can also help turn a fight or flight state into a more relaxed wellbeing. We are encouraged to explore individually while being guided with imagery and anatomy.
SALUD TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
Total Body Conditioning is a full body workout that is a combination of exercises using your body weight as resistance mixed with hiit style sequences. The class combines short cardio bursts, weights, and resistance full body exercises.
SALUD BOUNCE
Bounce is a fun, high-energy, high-cardio class using different sequencing of plyometric exercises on the trampoline combined with strength training, to gain a full body workout. Rebounding has been shown to effectively detox the lymphatic system and boost the immune system. Bounce is designed to tone your body, increase circulation, balance and endurance with low impact on the joints.
SALUD STRENGTH
(SALUD Strength Conditioning)
SALUD STRENGTH: 45-minute strength session that starts with small muscle activation and builds to resistance exercises. We'll superset movements and be strong and stable to get those muscles burning!
SALUD CARDIO SCULPT
Cardio Sculpt is a full body workout using weights and resistance bands and incorporating short cardio bursts to get the heart rate going and the muscles burning. We use heavier weights for structured strength training as well as unstructured cardio on the trampoline. It is a high-low heart rate class to burn calories and sculpt muscles.
SALUD CARDIO SCULPT & CORE
SALUD Sculpt & Core is a full body workout using weights and resistance bands and incorporating short cardio bursts to get the heart rate doing and the muscles burning. This variety of the exercises ensure that each class provides a total body workout that strengthens the core, tones the arms, hips, thighs, and flattens the abs. This class incorporates lots of plank poses in between exercises to maintain a higher heart rate throughout class, which keeps the students in constant movement.

ABSalud Burn is an invigorating, high-energy, faced paced core strengthening class designed to strengthen and tone the abdominal and obliques muscles! This class exclusively focuses on core strength in an effort to prevent injury, increase balance and flexibility, and give you the abs you’ve always wanted!!!
SALUD grounding meditation
So often we get caught up in the noise going on in our heads. Our stress, overwhelm, emotions, and anxieties take over our bodies and reactions. What if we taught ourselves how to ride the wave of negative and unwanted thoughts and emotions by grounding ourselves? What would simply being do to who we are? What would it do to our day-to-day lives? Our interactions? Our relationships? What if we got better at listening to ourselves, our bodies?
